SOEs, Moscow fund to help develop Russia's far east

Towards the birth of two new Russian-Chinese investment funds for the development of the eastern part of Russia. The purpose is to provide funding for gold and copper mining, infrastructures and projects related to the real estate sector. The expectations for the two funds are to be able to reach $ 10 billion each in the next 5 years.
